We start with a one-time setup fee of €600 (incl. VAT). For that, we sit down with you, listen to your situation, and set everything up neatly in the app. This way you start with a clean slate, and our system works the way it should from day one.

After that you pay €60/month (incl. VAT) for buildings up to 5 lots. For each additional unit, there’s an extra €6. And that’s it. All features are included. Everyone receives the same service.

What is a lot?

Voor onze prijsberekening nemen we enkel een woning of handelsruimte mee als kavel. Garages, parkeerplaatsen of bergingen? Die zitten gewoon mee in de prijs, maar tellen niet mee als kavel.

Synt is er voor gebouwen tot maximaal 20 kavels. Heb je er meer? Dan schakel je best een professionele syndicus in.
