At Synt, we like to be clear about what you get and what it costs. No fine print, no hidden extras that are suddenly not included. Simply: what you see is what you get. And what you get is a complete package with everything included.
We start with a one-time setup fee of €600 (incl. VAT). For that, we sit down with you, listen to your situation, and set everything up neatly in the app. This way you start with a clean slate, and our system works the way it should from day one.
After that you pay €60/month (incl. VAT) for buildings up to 5 lots. For each additional unit, there’s an extra €6. And that’s it. All features are included. Everyone receives the same service.
What is a lot?
A lot is a residence or a commercial space. Garages, parking spots or storage rooms? They are simply included in the price.
Synt is available for buildings with up to a maximum of 20 lots. Do you have more? Then it’s best to hire a professional property manager.
With Synt you manage without clutter, noise or leftovers from the past. Sonia’s Excel from the third floor? Gone. The gardener’s number? It’s in there. We neatly put everything in the app — clear, up-to-date and ready to use.
With the Synt app, you get a grip on your building as well as your peace of mind, without having to dig deep. But you don't have to take our word for it - just ask those who can know.
